Try Fat Freddy's Drop - Mother Mother

Just got Fat Freddy's Dr. Boondigga and the Big BW...awesome album! If you live for deep house, propulsive beats, but this time want it blended with a touch of reggae beat and an extremely gifted band putting tunes riding over the top...check it out!!

Lloyd,
You, Jack and I will get thrown out of the audiophiles club :D

That Fat Freddy's Drop is an awesome album.

;)! Truth be told, I think it is excellent music, and very, very good for audiophile demonstrations to boot.

I have most of the original's on vinyl but not heard the reissues. They sound excellent.

The Richest Man in Babylon is my fav, but MC sounds great as well.

If you like Thievery, you will no doubt like Kruder and Dorfmeister and Dorf's own band - Tosca.

Have all of those on CD...trying to figure out what if any to purchase on vinyl, now that I play more records.

Tosca "Suzuki" was my fav of the follow up group.
