Lampizator announcement: launch of our all new TOTL HORIZON DAC

Do you know where you were in the queue? It would be nice to get updates from Lampi on where they are in the build cycle.

I was in the first 10 in North American. I don't know how NA and international relate to one another.
 
Lampizator should design a program where people can monitor the progress, If a Pizza delivery can do it for a 10.00 pizza I'm sure Lampizator can do it for a 50k DAC .
How much time is spent with buyers emailing about progress ? Give people a number to enter on web and follow the progress.

I feel your pain but there are so many variables to contend with I can’t say how it can happen. then add wore work for the one who updates the progress. amazon does this but look how big the company is. in part there update system is part of there delivery system so not extra work.

It's a simple task seriously, more work for the person that updates the progress? You don't think it's a lot of work for a dealer to keep checking for a customer wondering the progress on there build ? I'll be blunt here , I love Lampizator products and I'd be a lifetime customer but let's be honest communication and support is not the best
I don't mean Fred and Monika they are great !

We have a Horizon out for delivery to a forum member today, who I'm sure we'll hear from shortly. In addition a Horizon shipped yesterday to another forum member who chimed in he got his tracking number. There is also a Horizon shipping in the morning to the dealer for Acora which will be used at AXPONA this month.

Those three units are all North America within a week--production is definitely moving along, but serval Horizon buyers are either not in North America or are not WBFers.

Rest assured, there will be many happy new owners in the weeks to come. :cool::cool::cool::cool:

At this point it's looking like we'll have a Horizon, Big 7 mk2, Gulfstream server and Baltic 3 for sure. I may bring an Amber 4 in my luggage in case any room needs it. I suspect we have some relationships that would happily use it...

I told you that weeks ago. I bought a NIB back up set hoping the 2 sets will last "a lifetime"but if not I have 3 sets of 6900 as backup

some cant ever be satisfied no matter how well treated , does starr bucks give you latte updates ? can you name one high end maker who does as you ask like amazon does ? maybe there too busy trying to produce there products being in such demand . are you a dealer now too ??

I have (3) pr 5687 glad I secured them :)
When you find the fourth set, I will gladly buy it from you if you can let it go. Btw I'm just beyond #10 in the queue and still not heard a thing.

Al, aren’t you a contractor? Do customers hand you $50k all the time and not want something in return? Ever hear of a performance clause in industry? It’s all about accountability and professional behavior.

Honest communication is better than misdirection. No communication let’s the mind run wild.

My customers have the same expectations that I do.

Hey all. Don't want to detract from the real subject of this thread, the amazing Horizon DAC but I just want to state for the record that I'm happy to reply to any PMs, emails or calls about my customer's statuses.

I also want to point out that we do NOT take $50k and disappear under any circumstances. We take less than 10% deposits to secure a position in what will be a limited production run of the Horizon DAC (only 400 will be built).

Everyone on my continent may feel free to hit me up to keep that mind from running too wild. ;);)
