It's a simple task seriously, more work for the person that updates the progress? You don't think it's a lot of work for a dealer to keep checking for a customer wondering the progress on there build ? I'll be blunt here , I love Lampizator products and I'd be a lifetime customer but let's be honest communication and support is not the bestI feel your pain but there are so many variables to contend with I can’t say how it can happen. then add wore work for the one who updates the progress. amazon does this but look how big the company is. in part there update system is part of there delivery system so not extra work.

I've been listening to the Amber 4 for about 3 weeks now, it is indeed a little beast!
I told you that weeks ago. I bought a NIB back up set hoping the 2 sets will last "a lifetime"but if not I have 3 sets of 6900 as backupI spent the last few days trying the following tubes again and now feel the 5687 is best choice for me .
