New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

I'd say that Scottie's relation ship with Michael must be a bit strained now. Ouch. If it weren't for Michael there would never have been a Scottie Pipppen
Delusions of grandeur combined with envy and ungratefulness

This will take some getting used to -

Sixers are playing worse than the Lakers now as they are on a 5 game skid and in 8th place in the East as the Jazz beat them by 35 points. They have an 8-7 record same as the Lakers but the game to watch tonight will be the Lakers vs the Bucks (who are in 11th place in the east as they wait for a healthier team to return to the court so it should be a comedy of errors

However the way the Cavs are playing I also intend on watching them play the Nets who got wiped last night by Steph and the GSW. I think the Cavs are a rising team and have beaten some very good teams this year

I wonder if LeBron is jealous about his former team and how they just might prove better than his squad of senior citizens :)

It boggles my mind that the lakers are not included in this assessment of underperforming teams. Their Panic Meter should be 10/10

NBA panic meter: Where five underperforming teams check in, including the defending champs

Here's the best of the day. Stephen A is the best to assess...... and his statement is spot on. LeBron and his legacy is over and so are the Lakers this year..

Stephen A.: LeBron won't win any more championships

Was at the Nets game last night -- the Nets looked awful. Whereas GS moved the ball around, very little dribbling per possession, the Nets were mostly one-on-one with everyone else standing around. Amazing how bad Harden looked getting 24pts.

I've said before and I'll say again....in order for the Nets to be competitive in the finals and have any hope at winning it all, Kyrie must be vaccinated and return to the team. As crazy as Kyrie is, he has an element that he brings to the game and that is his shooting accuracy. Harden looks terrible this year which leaves Durant to carry the team. Fortunately he is having an MVP year but IMO the Nets won't win it all without Irving. Kyrie is such a nut case that we might have seen the end of his professional career as he has dug his feet in and seems fixed in his belief

Middleton returns tonight for the Bucks. That won't be good for the Lakers who are hoping to escape with a win tonight in Milwaukee
He's been injured almost all of these games till now, he's the Scottie of Giannis. :)

This is the start of a 5 game road trip for the Lakers who, once again, are without LeBron.

Frank Vogel might be a bit cocky when he said this.......

“We welcome the road trip,” Lakers coach Frank Vogel said. “It will be good for us. We’ve been struggling. We’ve been a little bit up and down. We’re fighting for consistency, and a change in environment should be good for us.”

Well Phil

Celtics are up next on Wed. They too should feast unless LeBron is back which should make for a closer game

Steve,
My C's are probably worse than your Lakers if it were a one on one isolation offensive game. Tatum has not made the level up that he's supposed to do. Interesting will be Schroeder as he's a former Laker.

Clippers and Grizzlies are playing toinght in Memphis.

Griz lead at the end of Q1 30-24
