Well the T-2000 is not going back to the dealer.

It works very well with both the Lyra Atlas Lambda SL and the Phasemation PP-2000. I will try with the Ortofon A90 in the near future as that will sound pretty cool.

Both carts sound wonderful with the EA-1200 so probably every month or so I will swap the cart feeding the T-2000 / EA-1200 MM.
It's a good option to have as the T-1000 SUT inside the EA-1200 are wonderful in their own right and a very easy plug n play.

Time now to enjoy the music.

The T-2000 is the best SUT I have ever had in my system. I just ordered a second pair that I hope receiving within two weeks.

Your EA-1200 with the two power supplies and the T-2000 should be close to the EA-2000.

congrats, the 2nd T-2000 will be awesome.

the 2nd power supply for the EA-1200 took it from a very good phono to a special phono - I was quite amazed at the difference.

Gents, @XV-1 & @shakti, how does the T1000 compare to the T2000? T2000 head and shoulders better?
T-2000 is the better step up!
...but:
T-1000 has a very little different tonal balance compared to T-2000,
T-1000 is more lean and clean,
T-2000 has more weight and substance.

One of my friends, using EA-550 phono stage, preferred T-1000 over T-2000 in his set up (koetsu cartridge)

Hi Shakti

Only ever had phono stage's with rca input prior to Phasemation. not had a chance to try XLR yet. EA-1200 is silent with rca tonearm cable.

No nore hum - fixed.

The D'Agostino HD preamp power supply was too close to the T-2000. I moved it down to the bottom shelf and noise gone!!. See pics SUT'S are very sensitive things.

thanks Shakti

hi, a saw an Accuphase C37 on the shelve and wonder how it compare to Phasemation EA550+T1000 which I have in my system. I am tempted to go for Accu C47 to replace Phasemation combo. You have the experience I think. Thank you.

I compared recently C47 and EA-1200 and preferred EA-1200 for a better flow and a more easy access to the heart of the music as such. Specially when connected to a second PS-1200 power supply, the EA-1200 is difficult to beat.

An friend made the move from EA-550 / T-1000 combo to EA-1200 and to our surprise still uses T-1000 as the main step up and prefers this over the internal step ups.
