The absolute fifth for Bonzo.

Kindest regards, G.

I thought that was ABM straight away, because though it was not this version, I love his one with Celibidache on youtube. He does a very flowing nuanced first movement unlike anyone.

I really enjoyed listening your video but it sounded a little bit forward and somewhat thick to my ears. Maybe it’s because the volume is too high or maybe the full range character. I hear the same forward sound with my 10” Cube Audio Nenuphars. I’m sure your AERs are better but probably forward sound comes with full range.

BTW I rarely listen to my full range Nenuphars cause I don’t think they’re good enough for my liking. I hoping to get Kharma Exquisite Galileo 3.0 in the future.

They sound very different with every equipment change. I have not heard this set up but previous was quite layered behind too

It is in the nature of Pnoe ‘s in that they are a forensic lens of the electronics and source material upstream of them … they demand much skill of deployment imho .

This also sounds good. I was wondering why the sound does not change as the camera moves around and then I saw the external mic. Is the audio separate from the camera and then combined for the YouTube video? What do you use to record these videos?

I think it also happens because of lack of crossover. The Yamamura did not play well with anything except the dedicated amps. Pietro had access to or owned all sorts of Kondo and Shindo 300b

Same track recorded with SP15 microphone plugged in to my phone (the balance seems to be shifted slightly to the left, for some reason):

Same track recorded with the portable Tascam DR-40X recorder (build-in mics), from the same listening position:

Listen with (good) headphones...

Well at least you now admit I was right about that system then, and it was not what you claimed it to be.

I already have made up my mind about CAT, it is another boring variation of these big push pull amps caught in no man's land between SS amps and low watt valve amps. Maybe you sometimes post as Caesar, he likes CAT too and it is not clear who Caesar really is.

Just wait untill i return form africa ;).
You have been bashing my XPE speakers based on 1 listening session in a difficult acoustic environment
I ll make 2 vids both with my fully restored Studer B 62 tape machines which are about 7 or 8 years older then the Telefunken M15 A.
Early 1970 s
One vid with the now 8 year old XPE design and one with my latest speaker model
FYI the XPE speakers havent been changed / modded since , its just amps change/ acoustics change /source change

Music will be another track of the Keith Jarret Koln concert tapes
