Piano videos

I agree .

This came in 1977, as the Telefunken M15A. It had the already-excellent transport of the M15, but with improved electronics. The M15A had by far the best audio electronics of any tape machine of the solid-state era, ever. It was sonically transparent and had tons of headroom.

but the speakers were different...the black one were in the back on latest vid....

My new ones are also black ( not spray painted yet)
I ll make a vid with those today and later in the week with the really big ones the ones Bonzo did nt like.

and this one , now with telefunken ?
I think the mike doesn t pick up sidefiring woofers that well

Yes, now that's very good. This sounds to be well miked. This piano sounds like a Yamaha grand piano vs baby grand. All around a much better recording. And yes Telefunken tape machines are indeed awesome.

Hi,

Nice sound.
You never show your speakers in your videos. What are they?
How are you recording the video exactly?

Thanks

- Thank You.

- The focal length of the camera doesn't allow the speakers to show in the video when filming from the listening position. Nothing more.

- In most videos, the speaker system is from Vandersteen Audio. If not the Vandersteen Audio system, sometimes there is a short note in the video's description section on YouTube.

- The videos are recorded with a cellphone in horizontal position while seated at the listening location. Only the basic camera recording feature is used with the onboard internal microphones. This is raw cellphone camera video footage, nothing external is used.
