Red Stereo !
I have this recording in LP format. The photo of Kempff on the cover always made me think that he was hung over or even drunk. Great recording nonetheless.

Which speakers are playing? I prefer some of your other videos.

The Universum. If you don’t like this as well you don’t like the speaker, if you like this then with the earlier one either record sonic or speaker placement is what you are reacting to.

Are any of these videos with the unusual DIY speakers, or are they all with Universums?
Universums. They are not in their usual place and moved to the side but I prefer listening with them as I can better hear into the performance even at the loss of some stage integration and midbass depth

No he is designing them with a friend, you had seen similar Lowther speakers there and now here they opened the baffle in the middle

All these Emperors have put me to listening to Beethoven Piano Music.
Here is Beethoven's 4th Piano Concerto II & III from Glen Gould with Leonard Bernstein and the NY Philharmonic.

II. Andante Con Moto
III. Rondo: Vivace

1961 Columbia MS 6262
2012 Impex Records IMP 6011

I really like this performance. See the coverage in the bottom link for some background.
Another good one is Pollini with Bohm on DG.
