MarinJim, perhaps it is time to take a couple of steps back and calm down. We have terms and conditions on this forum and you have not only broken some of them, you are border lining on the acquisition of negative karma. You might want to take a moment to reflect on what it is you are doing. Do not post about this subject in any more threads. In the meantime, if you have any more to say the subject you can PM Steve. This is not up for debate.

This board is not going to be used as a platform for slander that is unsubstantiated.

I suggest you get off you high horse and think about what I responded too. Being called a bs'er is out of line and personal. So, do you moderating on both sides. Furthermore, it is not slander to report Digital Ear has new owners. And it is not slander when to report I will in writing take a polygraph test, if push comes to shove.
