After days of calling. No answering machine. And a few email. I can say Ayre does not care about its customer service. I moved on. Not going to get the VX-5 Twenty. I may get a Schiit Ragnaroc. Probably a better fit. The volume will help dial the volume. I sort of fell relieved. Something was telling me I didn't want the Ayre anyway.
