Wow that sounds amazing. The perfect balance between detail and musicality then.
Did you ever try magico m series like m6 or m3 ?
Ha ha ha..... My Tads CR1 lacks deep bass.
Anyway, Lampizator sounds great too...

I agree. I have been impressed by what I have read about the Divin bass, and what I have heard on these recordings certainly suggests that those comments are correct.

Always liked Goebel speakers when I heard them at the HK hifi show but they were never at optimum. Sounds like I need to give you a buzz next time in HK to hear them properly.
BTW - can you move the Thales arm to the Acoustic Signature table and let me know how it sounds

Hi Lloyd. Honestly, no idea as only heard both brands big speakers at hifi shows.
The new Wilsons up to Alexx to me have a family sound of cushy bass combined with the somewhat boring grey soft dome tweeter sound.

Agree Elliot. It's great to be able to demo 3 great amps at home and hear such distinct differences even through a phone and YouTube. And to think the Gobels have not been fine tuned yet as you have suggested. Take it in steps. Can't be too greedy!

They are Telos 2500 Next Gen put in for a friend to hear the amps with these speakers. We shall see how they perform but again no matching preamp.
Absolutely. Not sure if the show will happen this year although we are opening up with no new cases in 6 of the last 10 days. It would be interesting to move the Thales although I kind.da want to change the Anna for a Fuuga first.WOW Howie. how did I miss this. awesome!!

May I ask what you didn't like about them and how the stenheims and goebels outperformed them? Thanks appreciate your insight.
Stenheim have much better bass, dynamics, stage, and tone compared to Magico.
Foe me Gobel is better than big Wilson.
I have 2 friends near 5 km from my home and we meet always,
one has Alexandria 2 with CH L1 X1 A1 mono,before had Viva new Aurora and before Krell Evo One and other has
X1 Grand Slamm with ML 32 and 33 and also Riviera pre and mono amp.
Both system sound very good but i think Gobel is better because has driver and crossover of higher quality
I listen very well for 6/7 hours Divine and Aeon Reference alone in Gobel company
Very impressed also for Petite Baforce subwoofer with Aeon reference

I listen also many times M5,M6 and Q7 Magico from Italian distributor with Spectral mono and Boulder 2000 serie.With DCS and also with Basis and Atlas.
Sound is good but after 15/20 minutes i stop to listen because no emotion for me.
What i understood in last years that speaker with sensitivity below 95/96 i don't like,sound is always around the speaker
With higher efficiency,like also my Montagna,sound go out from speaker more easily with less stress,for me.

The whole thing??Howie, can you please record the whole Du pre track on the Koda, I am a bit miffed after it gets over in 7 minutes, and listening on YouTube is not the same
