HDTracks Germany Launches DSD Downloads

An interesting development in the world of DSD Downloads.
HDtracks Germany is now selling 3 Stereo DSD Downloads from Sony Music Entertainment.

That would certainly make sense!
Assuming that HDTracks can get licenses from the Record Labels to sell the albums as DSD Downloads, of course.

I would think a starting point could be the Chesky Records catalog, for example.
Some of the early Chesky SACDs were even recorded in DSD from what I've heard. Hmm....

And the pricing at HD Tracks Germany - 12 Euros or $13.25 US Dollars?
Quite a deal. Not sure we'd see pricing that low if/when DSD comes to the HD Tracks web site in the U.S.
It would be nice, though.....

Would you know if these titles are AA/DSD

The 3 Sony Music titles aren't DSD recordings - probably Analog or PCM. Most likely sourced from the DSD Cutting Masters or DSD Edit Masters used for the SACD editions of the albums.
Not sure what "AA" means.

I don't know about thousands of titles, but they are up to 24 DSD Stereo titles from Sony and 2xHD.
Wonder when we will see a few from Chesky in DSD - and maybe some Multichannel DSD like Native DSD? Hmm....
