I have the same issue - flickering light of the psu .. Likely faulty PSu .. It wont energize the copper coils of the bass driver rendering it non functional. I needed to replace my PSUI bought a new blue Stella Utopia Evo product. But when I opened the box,
there was a stain on the bottom and neither speaker had a manual.
In addition, the em woofer did not work on the lower volume of one speaker.
And the left and right balance of the speaker didn't fit either.
The place of sale says it's a new product.
Is this really new?

I informed Focal CEO of this situation but he didn't do anything about it.that is literally an outrage. its not as if those are cheap speakers either. They are expensive, and from a well-known company with a good reputation. They should have immediately taken care of the situation. You need to talk to Focal's National Sales Manager. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, as they say. You are 100% right and the dealer and the company are 100% wrong. Go get 'em.

They said they couldn't repair it.
They don't even have stock, so give me a refund, but they say I broke it.
