Recently the news on TV and the Internet are truly funny; I won't even bother to mention which and which as everybody knows.
And then amid all the fun turmoil stuff came this, which I remember when it first made the news, and without a culprit yet they ask help from the public with a little cash reward for a snitch ...

Germans and French in a nutshell:
An airplane is being built by Germans the other half by French.
The Germans build their half on time and under budget. But, they don’t catch two mistakes in the plans.
The French catch the two mistakes, make three more improvements, but their work is over budget and their half of the plane is never finished.
