My all time favorites include the Jadis JA 200s, 500s, and 800s; the Original Soulution 701s; and the Audinet MAXs and Heisenbergs.

Yours?

Karan Master Collection flagship PowerA mono. This new generation Karan power amp is one of the best power amps I have ever heard. Have high expectations for “smaller” (nothing Karan is really small) and cheaper models (all in this “200WPC+ category”), which are coming out soon.

I am not sure the Robert Koda K160 monos quite count at 230 Class A watts (high current mode into 4ohms ), but they are certainly my personal favorite by a long way of any amplifier mono or stereo I have heard.

We used to own the Mephisto Stereo...and by inference would likely vote the Gryphon Mephisto Monos (200 watts Class A into 8 ohms).

Many of the ones mentioned have certainly intrigued me (CH M10, Constellation Hercules II, Audionet Heisenbergs)...did not know about Karan's latest Master Collection.

Dart 468. Own ’em, love ‘em. Been a Dart owner since the 108 was introduced way back when. Have owned every iteration of power amp and preamp Herve has released. The 468s have that special something that firmly put them at the summit of the mountain of SS monoblocks to come before them.

Yeah, I like them a little…..

MBL 9011 monos, crystal clear extended but unobtrusive treble, neutral midrange, exceptional mid bass and abyss bordering deep bass when present on recording. All without being in your face !:) Just very natural sounding !;) F1FD1518-7487-4ECE-91CF-C81E9A583898.jpeg
