No disrespect Steve, but comments like this are always skewed. You might not think this is an emotional thread, but I believe it is. I feel Tang has been bullied on his choices, nothing anyone says will convince me otherwise.

I have negative things to say about lots of things re this toxic departure on his good natured and humane thread, but I'll put too many noses out of joint. Bullies, voyeurs and hyenas is not hyperbole on my part. I'm big enough as a person to realise I can be criticised too.

I totally admire Tang, because I would have defended myself way more before now.

You’re projecting your own weakness and insecurity Marc and if you knew Tang you’d know that you can’t intimidate and bully him in person no less from behind a computer screen across the world. As far as hyenas go we only hear one nervous cackling in these posts and with zero contribution to the subject of the posts!

Oh no! I am always eager for what classical treasures Tang posts. I’m not scratching head wondering where drama is at. The only let down for me is when its jazz instead of classical.

Steve brings up an interesting point though. Combining stands wouldn’t be advisable. I’m not sure that Tang did that (are you Steve?), but it is true that it would make neither work correctly.

I have never heard that jazz piece before, but I fast forwarded it some and did think it was some creative trumpet style when I listened briefly and found out it was jazz. I’m not making a dissuading comment here, I heard it on iPhone, just saying my initial reaction. That can be taken for nothing or a small part of something, just one extra data point.
