Alternative static eliminator for vinyl playback

FedEx delivered the HumminGuru Orbit on November 12. Nicely packaged, the Orbit survived its long journey unscathed.
Charged the battery and placed the Orbit on the turntable for its maiden voyage. As one can see from the images below there was one problem; the spindle on my TT is too long.
To solve the problem I went ahead and cut down the spindle with a hacksaw; problem solved!
Only kidding; I fabricated a "spacer" to place under the Orbit to allow it to properly rotate during the anti-static treatment. Everything worked just fine. There was a demonstrable reduction in static on every record I played. My only concern was a function of moving the Orbit further away from the record surface and reducing the effectiveness of the anti-static treatment.
I contacted HumminGuru to alert them to the problem and inquire regarding my concern. I received a reply November 19 from Happywell (HumminGuru support). Turns out they were already aware of the problem and offered to send me 2 x 6mm spacers they created out of antistatic material to lift the Orbit high enough to accommodate the taller spindle on my TT (one 6mm spacer is required for my TT). They also stated that using both spacers (12mm) would not compromise the performance of the anti-static treatment.
Clever people these HumminGuronians.
I received the Orbit spacers free of charge last week and they work like a charm. The customer care I received was truly exceptional. I wish every company I purchased from was as conscientious and effective. Well made products that do what they are claimed to do, at fair prices with extraordinary customer service. I am a fan.

I received my CSPort IME-1 a few weeks ago and I thought I would share my experience with it. Here in Southern California we get what's known as Santa Ana winds. Every time we get them the static electricity is terrible. Changing an album from one side to the other side sounds like it's attached with velcro. Twice now in the past month the winds have been blowing and I knew that this would be the perfect test for the CSPort. I am amazed how well this device works. AMAZING, not a pop, crackle or sound of any kind. Not even a hint of static. It just sits there doing its job. I did have one problem, because of my turntable height I couldn't get it high enough. Easily solved, I just went down to a industrial metal supply near me and bought a 3" X 3" round of solid steel, problem solved for $12.
Does it come with some kind of stand? Perhaps a further picture of how you have mounted it would clarify.
