Perhaps you’re right but I just am not interested in going down that rabbit hole. The sound I have now is simply better than anything digital I have ever had in my system.
I am happy to see LF posted that they are on #20. At least now we can gauge where we stand. I figured I would not receive mine until late summer or the fall but now I think it could be sooner. I don't need a firm date on mine but if LF could every couple of weeks provide how many have been produced it would really help us in our anticipation and planning.
A couple of months ago I got chastised for bringing up fuses on the Pacific thread. I am a firm believer that fuses can improve sound just like selected tubes can. If you have not tried it you should. I have all QSA yellow fuses. The Red/ Black and Silver may be over my price range for now. SR has a 30 day trial period. Their latest is the SR Purple. You have nothing to lose.
Congrats dminches! I have really been enjoying mine. The purity on human voice is astonishing, among many other positive attributes. BTW, I see we share some musical tastes, based on the pic hanging above your Horizon ;-).

Yes. I followed your experience to start. My preamp is at about 1/2 way so this is perfect. When I was running the Pacific with the 242s it was closer to 20% which I did not like.
Steve, your racks must be deep since I cannot fit the Horizon on my HRS platform unless I turn mine sideways. Since the feet are in the corners it is deeper than the Pacific. I know you use footers.
I looked through the manual. I don't see the dimensions of the TOTL Horizon. Can someone give them to me, particularly what is the size needed to accommodate the footers. Thanks, Larry
