New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

I’ll take the Heat tomw. What do you all think?
Based on the 6 games played, it's anybody's game. There are no added advantages from anything except on how both teams play. Who wants it more.

Personally I'm happy at this point, win or lose. The sentiments of not getting swept was happy enough for me. It's all up to the players. :D
I’m all in tomorrow Phil .

They both want it. It’s all about who’s hot and who’s not. Yesterday Bam and Butler were off their game

Yes. That has an effect. And Duncan Robinson, who can shoot 3s with his eyes closed, missed 2 three balls near the end of the game. Those would have been daggers.

If the Celts are hitting they will be tough to beat
Agree. They were a horrible 7 for 35 from 3 point line the other night. Room for improvement.

Brown said it best. When they have a big lead and Miami makes a run, the Celtics get anxious. Like nobody wants to be the guy who wants to commit the mistake. They are still looking for their money man.

They have many from whom to choose

It all comes fine go sudden death. The only thing worse would be if it were tied at end of regulation.
With all these reviews and challenges, regulation time now takes 2 and a half hours to finish. Quite an ordeal.

But Tatum and Brown himself are error prone. Smart, still the same 'no no no no yes' guy. Maybe they should designate White. The new White, Celtics had an old White, Jojo White.:D

Sweep , records, history are just record boosters. It does not translate to titles. It's all for ego. Ego is for 1 man. Basketball is a 5 man game on the court. But there is one man who loves to claim his Damm respect, precisely by extracting from these individual records. We all know who he is. :D

There are talk shows which pointed out that the late game challenge by Mazulla caused the officials to add 0.9 seconds to the clock, from 2.1 seconds to 3. That is a big break as White's put back had only 0.1 seconds left in clock. Luck is priceless in this game. :D

I have no idea why Robinson took a dribble on that second one.
It took him a degree or two out of his rhythm.

And the league wants to add a second coach challenge if successful, for next season.

Much better for them to allow one 'out of bounds possession' challenge for both teams in the last two minutes.
It would make it 2'45" per game, but I'd take that.

...Why Miami is scary is that Spo is a master of scraping a small to medium sized lead with a few minutes left. Barkley should know the Game 6 comeback in Miami against the Spurs. The trophy was already wheeled into courtside. Under a minute and lead was 5. Spo ordered take fouls on Kawhi and Manu who both split their free throws. You gotta have some luck. And next play down by 3 LeBron missed a 3 and Bosh was in that spot where the ball bounced and passed it to Allen for a corner 3.

Very unhappy with this reminder.
Thinking of that Game 6 loss still gives me tightness in my chest.
It still hurts. Has only been 10 years. But 6 is better than 5, when we had our hands on it!

Agreed with some of the above sentiments — It’s hard to imagine Bam and Butler playing worse, and the Celts seems shaky under pressure, pretty much giving the game away the other night until the freak ending. They also made some really dumb fouls late, bailing out a cold shooting team. Am for the Celts but would bet on the Heat.

The only way the Heat win, is if Jimmy Butler takes a lead, shoots near 50%+, scores high 20s +, and Bam near 50% with 20+ points.
Of course the others have to play, for them to win.

With the rotation shortened even further, it's really up to the 7 (and maybe Love).
45+ from Robinson/Martin/Vincent.
And surely Lowry can't have another game where he is ineffective.

I can't figure out where Bam and Jimmy's swagger and attack has gone.
Seems they don't want to take the shot in the paint.
I know Boston are staying on their feet on the pump fakes, which has been extremely effect if the last three games.
Take some shots without the fakes then.
If they fall, then the D will be a little more on edge.
