RMAF-Final Dinner Arrangements For Saturday October 13

Thanks! You are the best!

P.S. Are you bringing the Mytek DSD DAC by any chance?

No Mytek... we'll have the DaVinci in our room.

Edit: We do have a Mytek in room 8000, connected to a Macbook and Cavalli (sp?) headphone pre and the Abyss headphones.

(As the time goes closer) Is there a final tally yet on numbers and rides for those without transportation?

I posted this before but for everyone coming please read this again....

The Bent Fork in Aurora, Co which is a 5-10 minute drive from the Denver Tech Center. Those who attended last year had a good time. The food was above average and reasonably priced. I have therefore rented the back banquet room of the restaurant on Saturday October 13 from 7:30 until closing. I have also arranged for the restaurant to provide separate checks which they reluctantly agreed to BUT ONLY if at the time of ordering each couple or party is sitting together and the server is told who is in your party so the tab can be correctly allocated separately. If however they are unable to do separate tabs then just like last year everyone MUST bring sufficient cash to cover their meal, drinks and their share of an 18% gratuity. They will ONLY take separate credit cards if they do separate tabs. They will NOT take multiple credit cards on the same tab.

Here is the info on the restaurant

The room I have found out easily accommodates 38 people and the manager told me that they can do as many as 42 people

Rich Teer and his Boss and Myles are riding with me.

Who is driving from the Hilton and has room for two more? TIA.

Well, I'm down to just one place at dinner; my friend who was meeting me can't come due to family health issues.

For anyone staying at the Hampton Inn on Ulster, I've got room for two in our car. I just drove to the Bent Fork so that it will be easy to find on Saturday.

I'd like to join the group for the dinner

Enjoy guys! Look forward to lots of comments about equipment too! If anyone hears great digital, please post! Particularly Stahl-Tek, TotalDAC, Ypsilon, MSB, AudioNote, Zanden, etc... Have fun!

I'm thinking of attending. Would it be too late to get in on the dinner?
