Quite timely because I need a record clamp for my Townshend Rock V turntable (suspended) so would welcome any suggestions and links to them.
I still like Stillpoints 
i know, the horror.
The thing is, they do not work under everything and expecting them to is just stupid.
They sound wonderful under my tube pre amp, ss amp and Sp10mk3.
They were not so great under my other two tables, my old Pass xp25 phono stage, tube monoblocks. I had ultra ss under my Wilsons for a while, but preferred the stock spikes.
I have zero interest in footers that take 2 weeks to settle before they sound good. To me that just sounds like 2 weeks for your ears to be accustomed to their sonic signature.

With the change of seasons here in New England, our Boston group of audio buddies is exchanging emails about the effects of humidity on the sound of our systems. Is an humidifier considered a tweak?
A less serious question is whether or not exchanging my KL Audio Ultrasonic cleaner's stock power cord with a fancy audiophile brand will change the frequencies of the cleaning machine and improve performance. Perhaps I should place my Loricraft RCM on a Vibraplane.

Peter, w the flak I got for being so naive in even thinking an upmarket power cord to my tt psu could make a difference (I'll let you into a little secret, it does, big time), I think you should DEFFO tweak yr KL pwr cord. And then change the fuse in it. And then change the orientation of the fuse. And then ground the KL to an Entreq or Troy. Oh yes, and then Vibraplane it.
With all the hot air emanating from the Boston Group I would thing you might need a de-humidifier?

Peter, if you didn't laugh in this hobby, you'd spend too much time crying.
My audiophile humidifier (The Hum-idifier) has the optional external linear power supply... but I figured the stock fuses are probably good enough (though I do sometimes sit up late at night worrying about this). It all sits on a copper tray with tourmaline, silicon carbide and calcite infused kitty litter. There are two kinds of tweaks - those we endorse (they become the good, serious tweaks) and those we do not like and some others incredibly love (they are snake oil type tweaks, surely ).
A tweak manages to make a small acoustic change that due to the intrinsic hyperbolic nature of this hobby sometimes manages to suggest a large and relevant change. Tweaks are also intrinsically unreliable, unpredictable and impossible to valuate in a numeric scale. All IMHO, YMMV.

One item that can be considered an add on, (or tweak) is the Furutech NCF Booster. Passive, easy to fit and remove to hear what changes when using them. They have been discussed elsewhere I believe with positive views, and at present I am using 5 which will increase to 7 soon.

I have found these to be of genuine sonic benefit in my system, which as some folk here have heard, is centred around transparency to the recording, on both analogue and digital (CD). At first, after a recommendation, I tried just one booster on my Pre, a Concert Fidelity 080 LSX2. Over my many years of audio, I have tried various things to improve transparency, some failed pretty miserably, some not so much difference so were removed, but this NCF booster did 2 things that I could detect straight away, being more 'air', and slightly less instrument blurring, something that you don't know exists until you hear it differently of course. I spent a few weeks checking my findings before ordering 2 more, which confirmed what was going on, and added to the improvement, more air, more space and seemingly improved tonality from instuments. So now I use 5, on my pre, Ayon CD-T, my balanced power supply, and speaker modules (active bass ML's). I will want to add 2 more soon, 1 to my Allnic H3000 PSU, (for which at the moment I swap the one on the Ayon CD-T to), and 1 to the new Ayon Stratos Ref DAC. They do genuinely seem to add to the illusion of reality.
To answer your opening question, in my opinion, in my system, a very worthwhile investment
(Also, just to be clear, I use Furutech components on several products as OEM, so deal direct with the UK distributor but am not a dealer of Furutech accessories per se)
