Trumpet videos

Wow Denon 103 and telefunken

Well, it's not really trumpet...

I have been posting jazz videos here as there is no such thread - you have posted sax here yourself

Crank it.

And here they thought they were just messin' around. Crank it up of course.

I wonder if that's solid state amplification sound, at least to my ears it sounds like this. There are details, tone, but no transparency as can be heard with the best tube amps. Typical modern high end sound. B. Oring. If that would be tube amp sound, its the most nearest to SS sound I've ever heard. Not my cup of tea, although a very fine recording.

LOL. People around here will say the darnedest things sometimes. :) Why not share your definition of transparency?

Give it some juice.

I've listened to this piece or portions thereof well over one thousand times in the past 20 years. We all have our favorite or go-to pieces when we think or know we're hearing differences. This piece for some reason is always my untimate go-to piece. Seems to offer just enough of many characteristics and still keep it IMO, beautifully simple enough. Give it some juice.

Halleluja means the exact same thing in every known language.
