Wow! If it is the PS/Router Board it looks "pretty big''...

Seems early for Taiko to display a router board since their router isn't due out until the end of the year. The ethernet board and switch are supposed to be released with XDMS. Which is soon (I hope).

So, I see the silk-screened legend, "DCDC Carrier Board" at the top edge of the top board, to which are mounted daughter cards identified as, "Converter Modules". No clue about the bottom board though from that shot.

The suspense builds!

Are we seeing the "problem solving power supply" at the top?
It kind of looks like a modular DC-DC power supply.
Some wild guessing... is the first board a replacement for the DC-DC/ATX in our Extremes?
It would address the topic of internally powering the new network card...

that top piece definitely looks like a even high-er end version of the Taiko ATX module

wow. gorgeous. the calm before the storm did not last long.
Sensing Taiko has much up its sleeves and their sleeves are larger than most.
Sure wish I was headed to Munich!!

If I am not mistaken, I believe Taiko ordered two Horizon DAC's

I also think Emile is using the same tube set as me as I know he got Thomson CSF 5687 from Francois. He has a Tak 274B and I also think he is using TungSol KT 170 . He also has Woo adapters

Best of luck there Emile. I'm betting your room will get major traffic through it

Those look like KT88s in the picture.

Looks like some friendly Photoshop work blocking out the middle shelves.
