Lamm and horns and JBL subwoofers. That is a very DDK-influenced system.

I posted these photos in this thread because of the AS2000 turntable with all those SME 3012Rs on a triple wide Nothing Rack. The owner also progressed from a Micro Seiki SX8000II. The wood planks and new amp stands are pretty nice too, as well as the custom VAS crossover and matching ML2.2 amps. Tim spotted the LP on the floor too.

Imagine how many cool unknown systems are out there.

Very nice rack, unfortunately I couldn’t afford it! But if I could, I would custom order one with all stainless steel finish, as well as using the same side panels for the centre supports! I probably shouldn’t second guess the designer, but since I am just daydreaming, I suppose it is ok

That would be a Lamm front end with LP1 phonostage and the LL1.1 Signature linestage with the AS2000 on a Nothing rack and Petra Margoni.

And the rack can protect the Lamm gear from direct hits up to caliber 40 rounds, the TT can survive a nuclear blast all by itself !

The tad 2301 comes as stock no mods needed. Klangfilm woofer will be a DIY woofer plus would require baffles

It's a hybrid of TAD woofers and bass cabinet with Klangfilm horns.

yes and not a super easy drive, the tad 15 inch ime. the compression/horn seems to be the later version with siemens badge (not like tangs/mine), comes with eurodyn with trapezoid frame, the version before the three-woofer version. would be great to hear how this combo sound, it comes in a very compact package, not needing big baffle occupying the whole wall.

The tad 2301 with the radial horn is stock and not expensive. Replacing with another woofer like klangfilm will create all sorts of issues to tackle and require baffle. If one was to get one woofer klangfilm might as well get Eurodyn.

TAD (Exclusive) 2301 in stock form (not the modified one in the pictures) sounds very poor. I heard it couple of times and a couple of my friends also agree with me. On the other hand 3401 sounds excellent as well as S5. So, TAD (Exclusive) has the potential to make great speakers. I don’t know what went wrong with 2301.
