IMHO both videos sound emotionally engaging. All instruments sound quite accurate by successfully reflecting periodically correct vintage tone. Although I like the overall sound signature a lot I still feel that speakers need more space for better mid bass presence. I know there is subwoofer in the room and bass can be improved individually but IMHO the real concern is mid bass.

Nice music but that first video, there is something wrong. Cart setup, phono, or amp or something is off to have massive clip like that from the record. This can happen when a gain stage is unstable, like a tube that will not settle or some kind of resonance/oscillation (not acoustic) even in SS.

all tone from all systems sounds off from a phone speaker...sort of obvious, no? I seriously doubt your soundbar or box or whatever is much better.
